Cheesecake
The Cheesecake recipe everyone loves
ingredients
- Crust
- 1 1/4c graham cracker crumbs(about 9 crackers)
- 1/4c melted butter
- 1T sugar
- Filling
- 3 packages (8oz) cream cheese
- 1c sugar
- 1/4c all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, room temp
- 1/2c sour cream
- 1T lemon juice
- 1t vanilla
directions
Preheat oven to 300° F. For crust, combine graham cracker crumb, butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of the spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mix at low speed until blended. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center appears nearly set when shaken. Remove from oven. Immediately run releasing tool around sides of cake to loosen from pan. Cool completely, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
