Savory Vegetarian Moroccan Spaghetti
Vegetarian low carb Spaghetti with a Mediterranean twist!
ingredients
Main Ingredients- 1 Spaghetti squash, approx. 3lbs
- 1 12oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 12oz can whole peeled tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 diced red apple, cored
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbls Curry powder
- 1 Tbls Tumeric
- 1 Tbls Sugar
- 1 Tbls Paprika
- 1 Tsp White pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
