Vegetarian low carb Spaghetti with a Mediterranean twist!

  • 1 Spaghetti squash, approx. 3lbs
  • 1 12oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 12oz can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 diced red apple, cored
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spices
  • 1 Tbls Curry powder
  • 1 Tbls Tumeric
  • 1 Tbls Sugar
  • 1 Tbls Paprika
  • 1 Tsp White pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
