EASY SHEPHERD'S PIE
One of Ellie and John’s favorites!
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 8-oz frozen vegetables (carrots, peas & corn), thawed
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 16-oz package refrigerated or frozen & thawed mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 400.

Brown ground beef and discard fat.

Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire.

Add vegetables and cook, stirring for about 1 minute.

Spoon the beef mixture into a baking dish.

Mix the cheese with potatoes in a medium bowl.

Spread the potatoes over the beef.

Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes.
