ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8-oz frozen vegetables (carrots, peas & corn), thawed
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 16-oz package refrigerated or frozen & thawed mashed potatoes

    Preheat oven to 400.

    Brown ground beef and discard fat.

  • 3

    Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire.

  • 4

    Add vegetables and cook, stirring for about 1 minute.

  • 5

    Spoon the beef mixture into a baking dish.

  • 6

    Mix the cheese with potatoes in a medium bowl.

  • 7

    Spread the potatoes over the beef.

  • 8

    Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes.
