ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 T. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
directions
Cream sugar and butter. Add 2 well beaten eggs, sour cream, in which has been dissolved baking soda and molasses. Chill dough for about an hour then flour to roll. Bake at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
notes
To double recipe use 1/2 c. sour cream.
