German Potato Salad
This was one of Gramma Joyce’s favorites
ingredients
- bacon cooked until crisp
- potatoes cooked until fork tender
- onion
- green pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 c water
directions
Saute onion and pepper in same pan that the bacon was cooked in. Cook until tender. Add bacon, onion, and peppers to cooked cut potatoes. In another bowl combine sugar, vinegar the pan drippings and water mix well and pour over potatos. Coat well and serve warm.
