Bean Dip
Very light and refreshing.
ingredients
- Mix in the bottom of a serving bowl:
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- Lawry’s seasoning salt
- chop up:
- 1 small onion
- 3-4 stalk of celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Drain and rinse:
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can kernel corn
directions
Toss it all and redrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve with Tostidos Scoops! Great when you Want a change from sour cream dips.
