Vegan Oatmeal Cookies
ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup whole grain flour or flour combination (spelt, pastry, rice)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Optional:
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pepitas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine wet ingredients.
