  • 12 skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

directions

Place thighs in baking pan, cover with oil, salt, pepper and italian seasonings. Cover with tin foil and bake in a 375° oven for 60 minutes. Take the tin foil off and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
