ingredients

Cake

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp salt

Glaze

• 1 stick plus 1 Tbs softened butter
• 1 1/2 lbs. confectioners sugar
• 1/2 +/- cup milk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 lbs dry roasted unsalted peanuts chopped into small pieces
