ingredients

  • 35 ears of corn
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 pint half and half

directions

Husk and wash corn. Cut corn from cob into large roaster. Add butter and half and half. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Stir occasionally. Remove from oven, cool by placing roaster in sink with ice water. Bag and freeze.
