Spinach Casserole
This is the only way mom could get me to eat spinach growing up. It didn’t work though, when she substituted chopped broccoli!
ingredients
- 2 packages frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 slices bacon
directions

°Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Cook spinach and drain well.

Mix spinach, soup and bacon together and back at 325° for 15-20 minutes.
