Turkey Tettrazini

ingredients

  • 12 oz. Spaghetti
  • 2 4-oz. cans mushrooms (reserve liquid)
  • 3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
  • 5 1/2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 20 oz. chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups half and half
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

    Break spaghetti into pieces and cook (undercook slightly). In large bowl, toss noodles with drained mushrooms and turkey.

    Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper and cook until mixture is bubbly. Remove pan from heat, stir in broth, half and half and reserved mushroom liquid, stirring constantly. Heat sauce until it boils; boil 1 minute.

    Pour sauce over noodle mixture, mix thoroughly. Put in 11x17 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in center.
