Crispy Scalloped Corn Casserole
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry minced onion
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 slices bread cubes
- topping:
- 1 C. rice crispies
- 3 tbsp melted butter
directions
Combine eggs & milk. Add all remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Add rice crispies to melted butter and crush slightly with spoon. Pour butter and rice crispies over top of corn mixture. Bake at 350° for 20-30 min.
