Curry Chicken Breast
ingredients
- 12 Chicken Breast
- 8 medium Celery Stalks
- 3 Watermelon Pickle rinds
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons Curry
- 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 4 cups chow mein noodles
directions
Boil Chicken Breast. Chop onion, celery and pickled watermelon rind. Cool chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients reserve the chow mien noodles adding just before serving. Best when served on a bed of lettuce or croissant.
