Chicken Pesto
ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves
- Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt, pepper and italian seasoning to taste
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Package Knorr Creamy Pesto
- Package Knorr Pesto Mix
- 1/2 olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- artichoke hearts(optional)
- sundried tomatoes(optional)
- parmesan cheese(optional)
- pine nuts(optional)
directions

* Cook chicken in marinade and then cut up, set aside

* Mix package of creamy pesto and package of regular pesto with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup milk

* Toss drained chicken and pesto sauce

* Add optional ingredients if desired

* Pour over your favorite paste or tortellini
