Rolled Cookie
ingredients
- 1 cup of butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour all purpose or whole wheat
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
directions
Heat over to 400 degrees. Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla and set aside. Combine Flour salt and nuts. Mix until dough holds together. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Set rolled cookie ball onto cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake until set not browned for 10-12 minutes. While warm roll cookie in powdered sugar. After the cookie cools roll in powdered sugar again
