Pizza with Bell Peppers
ingredients
- 1 quantity basic dough
- 12 oz ripe tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small white onion, finely sliced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
- salt
- pepper

Preheat over to 400°F.

Oil pizza pan or baking sheet. Place dough on work surface and knead into the shape of pan.

Spread dough with tomatoes. Top with onion, peppers, garlic, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with remaining oil.

Bake until topping is cooked and base is crisp, 25-30 min.
notes
An extra white onion can be added to the recipe if everyone likes onions.
