Corn Souffle
Rich, warm and satisfying. Aunt Freida is famous for this dish.
ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 pound melted Butter
- 1 Can whole Corn
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- little Salt and Pepper

In a large bowl, beat eggs, add both cans corn, add melted butter, add sour cream, add salt and pepper, Fold in mix.

Bake 350° 30-40 min in greased (butter or spray) casserole or 9x13 pan. Done when edges are turning golden...not the top. Best served warm as a side
notes
Once I tasted this I could not stop eating. it tastes like a special treat and it is just a side dish!
