CHICKEN AND LEEKS

ingredients
- 2 med leeks sliced thin (wash well)
- 1 tbs butter
- 1tbs olive oil
- 1lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 bay leaves
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle of Riesling
directions

Sauté leeks in a large pot until soft with butter and olive oil.

Add chicken and cook with leeks for 2 mins. Throw in bay leaves and pour in bottle of Riesling.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.

Cook 45 min...serve with egg noodles.
