Leah's Fried Rice
Quick, easy side dish can also be main course. Stores well in refrigerator. Re-heats in microwave in under 2 minutes.
ingredients
- NOTE: Quantity of ingrdients depends on your taste and preferences.
- Cooked Rice
- Sesame oil
- Chopped (or crushed) Garlic
- Chopped carrots
- Shrimp
- Chopped Chicken (Boil Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces)
- Chopped yellow pepper
- Bean Sprouts
- Chopped Hot pepper
- Chopped (3) scallions
- Butter or oil
- Soy Sauce
- 7 Eggs (Scramble 5 eggs, add salt and pepper to eggs, set aside)
- Salt
- White Pepper
- Knorrs Aromat Universal Wurzmittel Macht des Essen Delikat Sold in Oriental Foods)

Coat large frying pan with sesame oil. Stir fry carrots and garlic in sesame oil. Add chicken and shrimp, then cooked rice. Liberally add white pepper, salt, and Knorrs seasoning.

Sprinkle in soy sauce to your taste. Add 2 remaining eggs and scramble directly into rice mixture. Add remaining (5) scrambled eggs mixture. Stir well.

Now, stir in yellow peppers, then bean sprouts and finally add scallions and red peppers.

Turn off heat, cover and set aside.
