ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. rump roast
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf

Mix above ingredients and pour over roast. Cover. Refrigerate 3 or more days. Turn every day.

Gravy: Crushed ginger snaps and 3 cups of juice.
