ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 bags of milk chocolate chips

-With your hands mix everything but the chocolate chips in a large bowl.

-Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge or freezer until the mixture is firm enough to roll without sticking to your hands.

-Line two plates with wax paper; set aside.

-Roll mixture into bite size balls. Place back in the freezer.

-Melt half a bag of chocolate in a pot or metal bowl placed over a pot of lightly simmering water.

-Take out about a dozen of the peanut butter balls at a time. Insert toothpicks in each one.

-Dip in the melted chocolate. Place on wax paper and then in the freezer with toothpicks still inserted.

-Rotate the plates that you are working with and melt additional chocolate until all the mixture is dipped.

-Once the chocolate has set remove the toothpicks and fill in the hole by applying light pressure with your finger to the peanut butter

-Store them in the fridge or the freezer.
