A fun, colorful yummy dip...we use this year round and especially love it in the summer!!

ingredients

  • 2 9 oz cans bean dip
  • 3 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 chopped scallions

directions

    Spread bean dip in plate or serving tray (12 inch)

  • 2

    Combine avocados, mayo, lemon juice and spreap over bean dip. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix and spread over top. Sprinkle with cheese, scallions and tomatoes. Cover loosely and refrigerate until ready to serve (preferably overnight).
