Artichoke Souffle Spread

A favorite for Christmas Eve!!

ingredients

  • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 6 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly blend cheeses and mayo. Fold in artichokes. Pour into baking dish of choice. Dust top with additional parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is brown.
