Risoto Shrimp

ingredients
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp cut in half
- 1/2 lb sea scallops cut in half
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 cup orboro rice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup clam broth
- 2 cups boiling water
- parsley
directions
lightly toast rice, then add liquids.
