Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 8oz cool whip, thawed
  • 1/4 C powdered sugar
  • mini wrappers
  • chopped nuts
  • coconuts
  • coco powder
  • crushed candy canes

    Microwave chocolate on high 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in peanut butter blend well. Cool to room temp. gently stir in cool whip. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Scoop mixture into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar, coconut, coco powder etc place in mini wrappers and refrigerate.
