Scotch-a-Roos
ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 6 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
directions
Mix sugar and syrup together in saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Stir until blended. Add to Rice Krispies. Mix gently. Put into buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over very low heat. Frost, cool, and cut into bars.
