ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 4 T Flour
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup cooking sherry
  • 2 Cups Parmesan
  • Salt and a dash of Cayenne
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Pound Pasta

directions

    Saute the musrooms, butter, and onion. Add flour on Medium Low and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add broth, cream, and sherry. Stir.

    Add Chicken.

    Add remaining ingredients into a

    9 X 11 greased dish.

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
