Turkey Tetrazzini
ingredients
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Medium Onion
- 4 T Flour
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup cooking sherry
- 2 Cups Parmesan
- Salt and a dash of Cayenne
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Pound Pasta

Saute the musrooms, butter, and onion. Add flour on Medium Low and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add broth, cream, and sherry. Stir.
