ingredients

  • 10 - 16 Asparagus Stalks
  • 1 Teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablesppons fresh parsley
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Cut one inch off ends of asparagus; wash it and lay it flat on a cookie sheet.

    Drizzle it with as little as one teaspoon or as much as one tablespoon olive oil.

    Bake on 450 for about 7 to 10 minutes.

  • 4

    Toss it with two tablespoons fresh parsley, 1/2 squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
