Lemon Pepper Asparagus
ingredients
- 10 - 16 Asparagus Stalks
- 1 Teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablesppons fresh parsley
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper

Cut one inch off ends of asparagus; wash it and lay it flat on a cookie sheet.

Drizzle it with as little as one teaspoon or as much as one tablespoon olive oil.

Bake on 450 for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Toss it with two tablespoons fresh parsley, 1/2 squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
