Almond Crusted Chicken
ingredients
- 1/3 Cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
- 2 Teaspoons finely chopped resh parsley for garnish (optional)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine almonds, brown sugar and garlic salt in a bowl. Dredge chicken in the almond-brown sugar mixture. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet. Firmly pat any remaining mixture on top of each chicken piece. Bake for 18 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 180 degrees.
