Cheddar Stuffed Burgers
Home-made ’Jucy Lucy’
ingredients
- 3 T Worcestershire
- 2T parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- 1/2 tsp minced dried onion
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds very lean ground beef
- 1 ounce low fat cheddar - 4 pieces
directions
Combine 1st 8 ingredients. Stir 1/2 mixture into beef and combine. Divide into 8 equal patties. Place 1 piece of cheese on each of 4 patties. Top with additional patty and pinch edges to seal. Broil, turning until cooked through. Brush remaining sauce over burgers during the last two minutes.
