Easy Black Bean Salsa
ingredients
- 1-2 cans Mexican diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- Jalapeno peppers
- Green pepper
- Chopped Onions
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives drained, optional
- Frozen corn
directions
Drain tomatoes, reserving juice. Cut up tomatoes, place in a bowl. Add juice, beans, chilies, onion, cilantro, salt, corn and olives. Cover and store in refrigerator.
