Strawberry Swirl

ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/4 butter, melted
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 - 3oz. strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
directions
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press firmly in 9x9 dish. Chill until set. Sprinkle 2 T. sugar over berries. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain berries, reserving juice. Add boiling water to juice making 1 cup; add to gelatin. Chill until partially set. Meanwhile, combine marshmallows and milk; heat and stir until melted. Cool thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Add berries to jello than swirl in marshmallow mixture to marble. Pour in crust. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
