marconian
basic macaroni and cheese
ingredients
- 1 lb macaroni
- 1 stick butter
- 4 table spoons flour
- 2 14.5oz cans evaporated milk
- 1 pound cheddar cheese grated
- salt and pepper to taste

prepare macaroni as box directs

set aside

grate cheese
- 4
melt butter
- 5
stir in flour salt and pepper and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.whisk in evaporated milk and cook over medium heat stirring ocassionally until thickened.

stir in cheese. until cheese is melted and mixed through.

Add macaroni stir through and pour into greased 9“x12” baking pan.

Bake in pre haeted 350 oven for 30 to 45 minutes depending on how soon in advance you made the marconian.

serve with copious ammounts of hot sauce (optional)
notes
can be halved doubled etc.
