Salmon preparation.
- 1
Soak cedar plank at least 1 hour before cooking. Place on 350° - 400° grill for about a minute on each side. For charcoal grills, having a cup of water nearby to keep the plank from catching on fire is a good idea.
- 2
Cook approx. 25 minutes.
notes
Leftovers are great on romaine with fresh garlic, cucumber, and good tomato. We use Cafe Geneva as dressing.
