Jello Cake

Wonderful, light, cook cake. Great for summer.
ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix, prepared and baked as directed in 9 x 13 dish. Let cool.
- 2 small packages strawberry jello
- 1 10 oz bottle strawberry soda
- 1 container Cool Whip topping thawed
directions
Prepare and bake cake mix as box directs using a 9 x 13 dish. Cool. Once cake is cool, mix 2 packages jello with 2 cups hot water until dissolved. Let cool 15 minutes. Then stir in strawberry soda. Pour jello mixture into baked cake through openings you create with a fork, pulling back slightly to open each forked spot. Chill cake in refrigerator overnight. Top with cool whip and serve.
