Homemade Granola

ingredients
- 4 Cups Oats
- 1/2 Cup Flax seeds
- 1/2 Cup Millet
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1/2 - 1 Cup Pepitas or Sunflower seeds
- Dried cranberries, dried cherries, white raisins, etc. as desired
- 1/3 Cup Molasses
- 2 Tbls.Butter
- Pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 300°.

2. Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 minutes.

3. When cool, add dried fruit or any other desired ingredients.

NOTE:

Do not add dried fruit before baking or granola will become tough and chewy.
