SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS
Tasty meatballs for a buffet!
ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 1 cup of soft bread crumbs
- 1 egg slighty beaten
- 2 tablespoons of minced onions
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 clove garlic minces
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Dash of pepper
- SAUCE
- Chili or Cocktail Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Grape Jelly

Form meat into meatballs...about 40. Brown meatballs and cook for 5 minutes.

OR BUY THE MEATBALLS IN A BAG AT COSTCO/GROCERY STORE....much easier!!

Pour sauce over meatballs, heat stirring until jelly is melted. Simmer about 20 minutes until sauce thickens.

Put them in a slow /crockpot cooker to keep them warm on the buffet table! These are really a hit and my family loves them! I use to go through all the trouble of making the meatballs but have now learned to take shortcuts and buy the meatballs...they are still just as good!
