A family favorite, named after the family team!
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flour
- Filling:
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 2 packages instant pistachio pudding
- 3 cups milk

Crust:

Combine butter, pecans, and flour and pat into 9“x13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

Filling:

Beat the cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust.

Prepare pudding as directed on package and fold in 1/2 cup cool whip. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Freeze whole dessert until firm.
