Black Pepper Crabs
ALAMAK!! This is a fun dish meant to be eaten with hands, kind of messy but you won’t regret it! so its not really intended for formal guests.
ingredients
- Crabs or Prawns with Shells
- finely chopped garlic
- finely chopped ginger
- finely chpped chilies.
- light soya sauce
- dark soya sauce
- oyster sauce.
- lots of ground black pepper
- butter
directions

For crabs:

fry crabs (with shells) in hot oil till red, remove and set aside.

fry chopped ingredients in butter till fragrant, add the rest, last the crabs.
