Maple Barbecue Ribs
Southern Style ribs!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard powder OR
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp blk pepper
- 8 baby back pork ribs

1-Preheat oven to broil (400 degrees)

2-To make marinade, place maple syrup, dark brow sugar, worchestershire sauce,garlic,paprika,mustard,cinnamon,

cumin,salt and pepper in a large bowl stirring well to combine

3-Place ribs in bowl and rub marinade over surface of ribs to coat
- 5
4-Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate at least 1 hour but preferably overnight

5-Reserve marinade and place ribs coated with nonstick spray or non stick aluminum foil about 4-6 inches from oven bottom

6-Place in oven and cook turning every 15 minutes until cooked thoroughly, 30-40 minutes

7-Baste with marinade during cooking
notes
These taste better if you marinade overnight Make sure and turn ribs every 15 minutes so they cook evenly
