Macaroni and Cheese for Two
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
directions
In medium bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, milk, egg, and salt; mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart shallow baking dish; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until done.
