Hash Brown Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 1 32 oz frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 small diced onion
- 2 cups cubed velvetta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- add ham if desired.

Mix first six ingredients and spoon into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish.

Top with Mozzarella cheese.

Combine corn flakes and butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake 1 hour in pre-heated 350 degree oven.
