Balsamic Chicken Breast
ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast split
- salt and pepper
- 2tbs. flour
- 2tbs. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz. mushrooms sliced
- 1/4c. balsamic vinegar
- 3/4c. chicken broth
- 3tbs. white wine
directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken with the mixure of flour, salt and pepper. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Add garlic. Turn chicken over. Sprinkle with mushrooms. Cook for 3 more minutes shaking pan to redistribute mushrooms so they cook evenly. Stir in balsamic vinegar, chicken broth and wine. Cook covered over medium low heat for 10 minutes turning chicken occasionally.
