ingredients
- 1 POUND GROUND CHICKEN
- 1/3-1/2 JAR MANGO-GINGER CHUTNEY
- YOU DON’T EVEN NEED SALT, PEPPER OR GARLIC.
- IF YOU HAVE THE TIME REFRIGERATE THE PATTIES FOR 1 HOUR; THEY WILL BE BETTER FORMED.

COMBINE GROUND CHICKEN WITH THE CHUTNEY. FORM BURGERS AND MAKE A DIMPLE IN THE CENTER. COOK AS USUAL, BASTING ON BOTH SIDES WITH MORE CHUTNEY.

SERVE WITH PINEAPPLE CHUTNEY FOR DIPPING AND SLICES OF REAL GOOD BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES ON THE SIDE.
