Dar's Teriyaki Chicken

Slow-cooked Teriyaki Chicken that just falls off the bone.

ingredients

  • In a roasting pan, add:
  • Chicken Legs and Thighs
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Season lightly with oregano, Italian seasoning, Garlic Salt, Parsley (dry or fresh) and about half an envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
  • Then add:
  • 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
  • One Bottle Kikoman Teriyaki Baste an Glaze Sauce (Walmart has it)

    Bake for 1 1/2 to two hours at 300 degrees. Turn chicken halfway through.

  • 2

    During the last 20 minutes you can add some canned mushrooms and artichoke hearts if you want.
