Dar's Teriyaki Chicken
Slow-cooked Teriyaki Chicken that just falls off the bone.
ingredients
- In a roasting pan, add:
- Chicken Legs and Thighs
- 1 can chicken broth
- Season lightly with oregano, Italian seasoning, Garlic Salt, Parsley (dry or fresh) and about half an envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
- Then add:
- 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
- One Bottle Kikoman Teriyaki Baste an Glaze Sauce (Walmart has it)

Bake for 1 1/2 to two hours at 300 degrees. Turn chicken halfway through.

During the last 20 minutes you can add some canned mushrooms and artichoke hearts if you want.
