Conangla's Chili
ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 large (or 2 small) can(s) of diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, optional
- 2 1/2 capfuls dried minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 can V8 juice

Brown beef in a large pot; drain then add back into the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients to the beef.

Bring to a boil; simmer for at least 1 hour.
