ingredients
- 1 CAN (8 OZ) ARTICHOKE HEARTS (USE FRESH IF POSSIBLE)
- DRAINED AND CHOPPED
- 1 C GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/2 C MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 C CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
- 1-2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350˚

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL.

POUR INTO OVEN-PROOF DISH.

BAKE 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY.

SERVE WITH PITA CHIPS OR ASSORTED CRACKERS.
