  • 1 CAN (8 OZ) ARTICHOKE HEARTS (USE FRESH IF POSSIBLE)
  • DRAINED AND CHOPPED
  • 1 C GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/2 C MAYONNAISE
  • 1/2 C CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  • 1-2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC

    PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350˚

    COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL.

    POUR INTO OVEN-PROOF DISH.

    BAKE 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY.

  • 5

    SERVE WITH PITA CHIPS OR ASSORTED CRACKERS.
