GINGER COOKIES
An “Obie” favorite!!!
ingredients
- 3/4 cup Crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup molasses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2
Cream crisco, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and set in refrigerator until cool. Roll into balls, then in sugar to coat. Set on cookie sheet, and bake for 8-10 mins. (Balls will flatten as they bake).
