ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • dash ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, cut into long, thin strips
  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut into long, thin strips
  • 2 chicken breast halves, boned, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 flour tortillas, soft taco size
  • Garnish: avocado, salsa, sour cream

directions

In large frying pan, heat oil with worcestershire sauce, sou sauce, vinegar, ground red pepper, and chili powder. Add garlic, onion and bell pepper and cook until onion is transparent. Add chicken and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink on the inside. When ready to serve, squeeze lemon over fajitas and serve on warm tortillas. Garnish as desired.
